“I have realized that ECEC has been contributing at an International level to the Education system in Nepal in order to transform the traditional way of teaching into a child friendly teaching method. I am very much thankful to ECEC for what they have been doing for all these years in our country.”
Ms. Mira Shakya,
Practical classes were so much helpful for me. We hardly get such opportunities to go for practical classes. Practical classes helped us to interact with children inside the classroom which gave me full confident to teach in the class. The most important is our trainers’ feedback during practicals. Because of continuous trainer’s observation I could figure out my strengths and weakness. Other areas were also very helpful ideas to learn something new to update our teaching skills.
We are the first participants for ECEC from our district. I personally request ECEC to come in our district so that teachers can get training and children also can get quality education.

When I visited ECEC for the first time I had many questions in my mind about the training because I didn’t have any experience about classroom teaching. I wasn’t confident of speaking in English so I was wondering whether I could adjust with everybody or not during training periods. But after joining the course I started finding changes in my confident. I learnt more than I expected for. We went through many important topics and practical classes. Before I was a person without any experience but now I can teach and deal with children due to practical classes. I am glad to be here as a trainee. ECEC literally sharpens a person’s skill and gives an environment be to creative and confident.
“Before ECEC training, I used to react very strictly and the students were not able to express their feelings and plan was not done before and less activities. The textbooks were more emphasized but now to do those all things and came to know that play way methods with various activities can develop holistically and also realized that the natural resources are very useful to develop children’s creativity and make them skillful.”
“This training is fabulous for me. As I have 19 years teaching experiences and have got many trainings, this training really cultivated positive attitude on me towards the children and the significant of play way method up to primary level. This training contents and methodologies are really contextualize and applicable even in such schools of remote areas. The statement during the training ‘It is easy to be a teacher but difficult to be a good teacher’ really touched my heart and made me cry so I never ever felt so in other training. Thank You ECEC.”
